Alec-195, Final Transmission

Final radio communication from Sierra-195 (Alec) on August 30th, 2552. Encypted data files of unknown origin uploaded with the following message:

*STATIC* "...force was overwhelmed. Can't maintain position- *INDECIPHERABLE* ...anybody hearing this transmission, this is Sierra-195... *STATIC* -ra-307, uploading critical intel- *STATIC* ...greater threat than the Covenant- *INDECIPHERABLE* ...planet called 'Requiem', coordinates- *STATIC* ...something called 'Forerunner', not sure if- *INDECIPHERABLE* ...find it before they do. Otherwise, it won't- *STATIC* ...covering fire! Sierra-216 is down, repeat, Sier- *STATIC* ...we can't hold, request immediate-" *SIGNAL LOST*

Coordinates contained within this transmission match those recieved from distress beacon tagged 'Sierra-117' originating from unknown space, recently detected by the UNSC Infinity. UNSC Infinity is requesting permission to divert course to investigate. Further analysis of encrypted data files advised before authorizing.

NOTE: Current location of Sierra-195 is unknown. Listed MIA after Reach, status updated after encounter in 2554. Believed to be AWOL. Former squad commander Sierra-307 (Marty) is currently assigned to the UNSC Infinity.

Just taking a few last screenshots of my Spartan characters in Reach before the arrival of Halo 4. I'm gonna miss my C.Q.B helmet, which has been omitted from Halo 4, as far as I can tell... there is the Tracker helmet, which looks somewhat similar. I'll either use that, or maybe Scanner, Gungnir, Scout, or Recon. I have to get in the game and tinker with the armor customization.

Less than a week to go. I'm gonna miss Reach... it wasn't perfect, but I still loved it. My only gripes were the way the playlists were set up (Slayer Pro in standard playlists = bad idea) and the scarcity of the DLC maps across matchmaking. Hopefully that won't be a problem in Halo 4. I can't wait.
